Details of our machines:
Vacuum seal molding is a new type molding process and adopts singleness dry sand (no water, binder, tagger), then put the heated plastic film cover on the model to seal flask, take out the air with vacuum pump. So the sand mould is tighten by pressure difference The course is physics molding way .
TECHNOLOGY PROCESS
Vacuum seal molding process is as follows: cover face film, spray, reverse empty box, sand-up vibrate compaction,cover reverse film, lift box, mould assembling, pouring, loose box.
MAIN EQUIPMENTS
